Despite giving my membership number to staff as the bill was presented (and them taking it away with this number), I’ve only received reward points from one small bill. What’s more, the app constantly logs me out. It seems like such a strange thing to launch an app, with a system that doesn’t really reward you. By my maths I should have at least 5 times the amount of points that I do. I used to love the Ivy, but rising prices, mediocre food and now poor customer service (I sent my bank statements to the contact us department but they said there was nothing they could do without the original receipts - I don’t have receipts from 18 months ago!). The app is just about functional, but some key functionality doesn’t work so well - adding your card to Apple Wallet doesn’t work and moving around the app is a bit clunky.
