## The Juicy Crab App Reviews in United States

### *---- "Always missing items"
Every time i order through the app they always miss a lot of my items 😡
-- tacolvx, 2026-08-29

### *---- "Faulty Store Locator"
The locations that pop up for me is over 20 miles away and on the other side of Houston when there is literally one up the street from me not even 10 minutes away .. since that is the case, I can not order delivery because that puts me out of the delivery zone 😐 . So much for rewards.
-- NitraaBadd, 2026-05-08

### ***** "Easy to order and dependable delivery"
Much better to use than delivery apps. No extra fees and delivers on time.
-- Plum McMuffin, 2026-03-27

### **--- "Store Option Unavailable"
The store located in Mobile, AL does not populate in the app to allow for mobile ordering.
-- premium reviewer, 2026-02-14

### *---- "Reward Points?"
This app does not work for dine in! No one including the manager knew how to redeem or collect points..
-- Damfanetilar, 2026-01-18

### ***-- "Locations"
The juicy crab where I live is no where to be found on the app and the rewards program
-- Bri Bishop, 2025-07-27

### ***** "App Review"
App is easy to navigate and I’m getting points for the food I would regularly order. Pickup is relatively easy.
