## The Jump App Description
It’s time for healthy social media.

Here, you’re in control—you decide who sees your posts, who shows up in your custom feeds and what groups are most important to you.

We’ve rolled in more than two-dozen key resources to make your life easier. Of course, we have polls, calendar events and file sharing, but you’ll also find signup lists, tasks, checklists and more.

Groups love us because we’ve made it easy to rally the teams, leagues, clubs and volunteers, all in one place. No more fielding endless questions via email or in jumbled text threads. On The Jump, communication is streamlined and important details are neatly organized. Plus, the app is free for everyone to use.

How is The Jump different?

We’re investing our energy in helping people have positive and engaging interactions. The Jump isn’t a platform built on anger and division and we intend to keep it that way.

Our company culture is at the heart of everything. You won’t find an algorithm pushing the most outlandish story higher in feeds, we’ll never sell your data and we give users the tools to customize their own app experience.

What’s a ‘Jump’ anyway?

A Jump is made to participate in a fun activity with your friends such as an event, party, social gathering, game, etc. It is created by a host with details such as date, time, and location and prompts people to give input on these details in a simple, easy way.

## The Jump App Reviews in United States

### *---- "Doesn’t Work"
Unfortunately this app hasn’t worked for me for over half a year.
-- Anchoredmama, 2025-10-19

### ***-- "Notifications"
I have an iPhone with updated OS and updated The Jump app and push notifications Have never worked on my phone for this app so I just have to go in periodically to make sure I don’t miss anything from the group. I’ve heard the same thing from other group members who use the app. Push notifications are turned on in the app and also in my settings. I tried the contact us on the jump app website but the recaptcha is broken and it wouldn’t let me submit.
-- Lakasaurus, 2025-03-26

### *---- "Issues"
We use this app as a communication for our troop. We are not able to get notifications for a while. Even when we remove the app and re-download it’s still not working.
-- moonfire78, 2025-03-24

### ****- "RATE"
This app is great! Not to bad at all!! Basically a kid friendly Instagram!
-- K it is me, 2024-11-21

### ****- "Good!"
Sometimes you should update the app! IMO
-- btoball313, 2024-09-10

### **--- "No longer seems to work"
Does anyone monitor this app anymore? I’ve deleted and redownloaded it several time and it’s just a frozen start page. Too bad.
-- nicknamesaredumb24, 2024-03-05

### *---- "Shut down"
We have used this app for several years for several groups. Suddenly now it is completely non-functioning for days (including the desktop version). The apps haven’t been updated in over a year. There is no response to submitting a “contact us” ticket on their website. It looks like they have abandoned it and our groups are left in a lurch. :(
-- Mybeloveds, 2024-02-28

### ***** "Nice"
This is a really nice app I would say cool but it’s literally nice becuase there so many nice people and it’s kid freindly
-- Lambofan220, 2023-06-04

### ***-- "Please update for Android!"
Works great on iPhone, love the app! but my friends with Androids can’t download the app.
-- Timonoski, 2023-03-27

### *---- "Poor UI and App design"
User interface / app needs to be revamped to be more intuitive and more logical laid out for usability.
-- EtherImp, 2022-10-26
