Getting to know you:
Fill out your profile and contacts so that we can get in touch easily. And use the app to find new friends (as well as like-minded neighbours).
Booking amenities & services: Choose from any of our amenities and add-ons, fill in the form and we’ll take care of the rest.
Community events:
Whether it’s events hosted at The Junction or something special from our community of independent bars, cafes and shops, find out what’s on, sign up and then just turn up.
Community perks:
We’ve teamed up with some great brands - who share our values - to bring you exclusive discounts and offers for everything from coffee to yoga. You’ll find live offers on the app.
Maintenance problems?
No problem! Whatever’s broken or needs attention, get it sorted via the app. Send a request 24/7 and you’ll get an email, text or voice message to let you where things are at. Not at home? You can grant the maintenance teams permission to enter.
Don’t worry about deliveries:
We can accept packages and parcels on your behalf, and will let you know when things have arrived by email, text or voicemail (just tell us which you’d prefer).
