Not only do they have so many options and services for FREE, but they have PHENOMENAL customer service. I had an issue logging into my account due to a mistake on my end, and Ariba (a customer service rep) responded nearly instantly and helped me get things figured out. I guess I’m unique because there was very little on the app that fit my vision. All my vendors I found on my own outside of the ap. I didn’t like that there wasn’t an easy way to collect addresses through the app, where you could share and people could add their own. Honestly I ended up using it very little, but the checklist based on your wedding date was fairly helpful. I used this one and a few others because all of them had a few items that the others didn’t. Although the checklist was my favorite part, I’d actually add a “post wedding” check list that has a lot more than just thank you cards.
