Coyotes have better morals than the people behind this app who just want you to keep paying exorbitant prices to “use” the app, then even more to see who liked you, then even more to get good matches. The whole waitlist process is basically hazing to make you feel like you are getting into an exclusive club. It’s a psychological gameplay. All they want you to do is keep paying them more and more. And by “more,” I mean in the order of several hundred dollars, close to $1000 for a meager 3 months subscription, for basic common sense functions. If the matches were compatible or they ended up in good conversations and dates, I could have justified it. But they aren’t. I spent hundreds of dollars on this app for 3 month subscription and didn’t go on a single date. And I am attractive and successful. Also, at that price point, you should get a concierge for the whole duration of your subscription, not the just first month. And even for the first month, the concierge only sent me common sense dating profile tips and not one good match. He recommended someone to me who was 20 years older, was a different faith, and did not match any of my other criteria. So basically, the concierge was a total scam too. To top all that, even though I got several likes on the first 2-3 days on this app, none of those people chatted with me. As in I likes back and send a message and no one replied. So all those profiles are likely fake AI profiles. Then one guy finally responded saying we should get off League and get on Instagram. He also suddenly added revealing pictures of himself. So basically a scam profile on a scam app. Get the theme? And then after the many likes from all the fake profiles during the first few days, there were not one single like from anyone for the remaining several months. My concierge suggested I keep liking profiles or rejecting them so they know my preferences and so I get more matches. Well they must not be very good at machine learning because the suggested profiles went pretty awry over time. I got not one match who would respond to messages. How is that even possible? Hinge works way better than this and a much lower cost. This is a glorified emperor’s clothes. Such a scam. I have over 15 people who have liked me and only one has shown up as one of my “prospects” to like and potentially match with. I’ve had 15 likes for more than 2 weeks yet only one match? I also have noticed that matches are waiting days to respond, or don’t respond at all. I suspect that there is greater activity on other apps that are more interesting to interact with and check. So, if your fresh out of college, you probably can’t afford it. I see that I have multiple people liking my profile, but they are blurred. On my iPhone, not in the app, I can see a small photo of the person, but when in the app, everything - including the count of people - is blurred. So, without paying $99 weekly, you won’t know who is limit you and what your options are. And everyday you get three tries… only three. It just seems like a weird game. I can’t message anyone. I don’t know how to. It’s not really very user friendly in that aspect for those without a subscription. Unfortunately, that’s not an option for me right now. Just found out I graduated early one week ago. I had zero clue. But I’m ready to move around and meet people but I don’t know who is liking my page… and I feel like I’m on a paid version of the Bachelor. But we will see… if they had trials to have use better understand the messaging and how it works - if the numbers below certain pages represent new likes or if that’s the total...
