The animations help bring life to the story & keep kids interested. As an adult, I think I saw a nod to Breaking Bad in the story which gave me a good giggle. Highly recommend! -- dee0611, 2024-09-12 ### ***** "Loved it!" Great retelling of a classic! Loved the animations that served to make the story that much spookier and immersive! The only real issue I encountered were the page buttons as I had to tap the corners multiple times to either go forward or back in the story. A minor inconvenience compared to the experience of reading through this wonderful story in this way! Thank you and please continue making more! -- efluwder, 2022-11-21 ### ***-- "Can i read the story now?" Would have given five stars. Great series. Just writing this so i can get by the request to write a review and read it again. Stupid trick makers of this series. -- BethyBuck, 2021-09-30 ### ****- "Fun app retelling of one of my favorite short stories with a few bugs" The app was a fun retelling of one of my favorite short stories, “The Legend of Sleepy Hollow.” The music was fantastic and the graphics were fun and engaging. The app did have a few bugs and wasn’t formatted correctly on my iPhone 12 Pro. Despite having some trouble navigating to new pages, I overall really enjoyed the app and recommend it to anyone that’s a fan of the story. -- CalicoBrad, 2021-05-02 ### *---- "Multiple issues" - Don’t ask me to review every time the app is used. - You have to scrub through the intro video every time you open the app. It’s like amateur hour. How do both of these items translate to a relaxing reading experience? - The app tracks your location, which can be shut off by going into settings. Why does an app that solely involves an interactive book need my location data? Are they just curious where their users are located or are they selling it? I have three of their apps and only two are trying to track my location. Not sure why this is. -- This space intentionally left blank., 2020-12-20 ### ****- "Timeless Treasure with a NEW TWIST!" Indeed, the devil is in the details and details, there are many. I have read this book many times, but never was I so anxious to get to the next page. This book is loaded with fabulous graphics, while staying true to the story. I felt like I was right there. Pages with map and chalk would not turn. Had to exit out of app and go back in. Would give this app 5 stars when glitches are fixed. -- judyboot, 2020-11-02 ### ***** "Very Enjoyable!!" This is a wonderful Halloween app for the kids and even adults! -- Scuba Dooba, 2020-10-30 ### ***** "Wonderful immersive experience!" I enjoyed the music and artwork very much. I love to read and this enhanced the story tremendously. -- MrCoker2u, 2020-08-25 ### ***** "Loved it" After waiting a very long time for an update I can finally say that I enjoyed it a lot. -- Mr Pessimistic, 2020-05-25 ### *---- "Suspicious" These books are entertaining and well done, but unfortunately I have to give them a low rating due to the apps suspicious behavior. I have purchased all of the iclassics and found that they all immediately default to the 'on' position in cellular data and immediately use nearly a megabyte of data. Why a book would need to use any data at all is curious and that they use that much data is both odd and suspicious. I wrote to the company at the email posted on their website but received no response. I cannot recommend purchasing these books unless they stop this practice of sending whatever data they're gathering and using customers cellular data without permission. -- apptappin, 2020-01-12 [View all The Legend of Sleepy Hollow iC reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## The Legend of Sleepy Hollow iC Store Rankings | Chart | Country | Category | Rank | |-------|---------|----------|------| | Top Paid | Ecuador | Books | #23 | | Top Paid | Spain | Books | #24 | | Top Paid | Mexico | Books | #33 | | Top Paid | Colombia | Books | #42 | | Top Paid | Argentina | Books | #45 | | Top Paid | Chile | Books | #47 | | Top Paid | Dominican Republic | Books | #54 | | Top Paid | Italy | Books | #58 | | Top Paid | France | Books | #60 | | Top Paid | Peru | Books | #73 | | Top Paid | Hungary | Books | #73 | | Top Paid | Denmark | Books | #89 | | Top Paid | China | Books | #89 | | Top Paid | Russia | Books | #114 | | Top Paid | Brazil | Books | #129 | | Top Paid | Norway | Books | #135 | | Top Paid | Canada | Books | #147 | | Top Paid | Poland | Books | #154 | | Top Paid | United Kingdom | Books | #167 | | Top Paid | Portugal | Books | #170 | | Top Paid | Netherlands | Books | #171 | | Top Paid | United States | Books | #172 | | Top Paid | India | Books | #178 | | Top Paid | United Arab Emirates | Books | #181 | | Top Paid | Ukraine | Books | #190 | | Top Paid | Sweden | Books | #195 | | Top Paid | Thailand | Books | #212 | | Top Paid | New Zealand | Books | #213 | | Top Paid | Saudi Arabia | Books | #218 | | Top Paid | Australia | Books | #220 | ## The Legend of Sleepy Hollow iC Available In -
