## The Locus Merchant Description
The Merchant application is a versatile tool within a loyalty app, designed to cater to a wide range of businesses and industries. It offers a convenient and efficient way for merchants to manage their loyalty program and engage with customers.

One of the key functionalities of the Merchant application is its integrated QR code scanner. This feature allows merchants to effortlessly scan QR codes generated by the loyalty app. These QR codes serve as unique identifiers for each customer, enabling merchants to track and reward their purchases accurately.

To access the Merchant application, an employee must be created through the merchant portal by the business owner or authorized personnel. This process ensures that only authorized individuals have access to the app and can perform necessary tasks. If an employee leaves the company or no longer requires access to the Merchant application, they can be easily deleted from the Merchant Portal, ensuring system security and integrity.

With its user-friendly interface and essential features like QR code scanning, the Merchant application empowers businesses across various industries to streamline their loyalty program management, enhance customer engagement, and deliver a seamless experience to their loyal patrons.
