The Long Way helps driving enthusiasts find routes that are fun to drive—more curves, better scenery, fewer boring highways. Find roads worth driving Our routing engine prioritizes road curvature, elevation changes, and scenic points of interest to build a drive you’ll actually enjoy. Smart Search (type what you feel like driving) Search in plain English like: “coastal drive” “woodsy back roads” “twisty roads near me” Use your favorite navigation The Long Way isn’t a turn-by-turn replacement. Instead, it exports your curated route into Apple Maps or Google Maps using a checkpoint system designed to keep you on the roads you chose. Drive your garage Add your vehicles and get estimated fuel costs for the route based on your car’s fuel economy, fuel type, and current prices. Explore & share Discover iconic roads and community routes, then share a drive with a single link so friends can follow the same route. Drive safe Always follow traffic laws and drive within your limits. Road conditions can change—use good judgment.
