## The Loop Reviews in United States

### ***-- "Better options"
We live in 2025, the age of technology and you don’t offer ApplePay.
-- LeeLee7734, 2025-04-16

### ***** "Thank you from Kendra"
I love this place! From the very first time I’ve tasted the food here it has been amazing!
From the salads to the pasta to the burgers!! I love it and the app makes everything so convenient for me ordering ahead on my lunch break! I literally have fallen in love with this place! 🫶🏽🫶🏽🫶🏽
-- BellamyQueen, 2024-11-12

### ***** "BEST BURGERS"
Best burger I have ever had. I have gotten burgers from almost every state and this particular establishment is the BEST Hands down. Go here two times a week and wish I had more time to go 5 days a week. It is that good. The complete staff that manages and runs this facility is top notch and is the most friendly and knowledgeable people in this industry. Have been going to The Loop for years and highly recommended to everyone to come in and see…. I Love The Loop.
-- Harold ( Cash ), 2024-06-28

### ****- "Double Pepperoni"
I want to order double pepperoni. The app doesn’t let me do that.
-- Rewjas, 2024-02-25

### *---- "Timeliness"
Every time I place an order it is never ready on time. Not sure if this is a location or an app issue.
-- Felipe’sA, 2024-01-09

### ***** "Learning curve"
Once I figured out how to place an order, etc. I found it easy to use
-- MSPPVB, 2023-08-17

### ***** "Great timesaver"
I really like this app. It is a timesaver and it has improved the accuracy of my orders since they don’t have to go through another person. I only wish it would allow you to go ahead and order soft drinks as well as milkshakes.
-- granjanfl, 2023-07-03

### ****- "Finally!!"
The loop has always been a place to eat the quality of food never goes down living for this app now especially during those lunch rushes but why can’t I order a beverage on the app are drinks no longer important lol I’m hoping for an update soon
-- Ksummers06, 2023-05-05

### *---- "Store location issue"
Does not have all locations. Cannot select location for my area.
-- _Cheeky_B, 2023-03-25

### *---- "Store location issues"
Cannot select or change store locations I want to order from. Renders the app useless unless I change the zip code to fool the app.
