The food provided can be hit and miss, my kids, I still have to send a full lunch in as more often than not the order is wrong and if it’s correct then the quality is extremely poor, when you do find something that is edible and order it constantly then the company will remove it from the menu as nothing else is getting ordered (apparently my sons entire class were ordering the same food everyday and now it’s gone)

Food tastes bad to my kid and the portion is not enough. You can get better and with sufficient portion of lunch in any local supermarkets. They spent lots of money on connecting with schools and making advertisements, but nothing in the food quality.

As a mom of three this company does not give big enough portions my children come home hungry because they only get a certain amount of food I think they should be bigger. The food is not hot they do not come warm so if you get pasta it comes cold. The banana bread is not even 3 inches big it is a scam if I sent my kids to school with a lunch and a fully packed lunch and they are allowed to get some things from there as an after school snack WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

Amazing service. My home lunches could never match the value you get for the variety and freshness of The Lunch Bag lunches. It’s great to try new foods everyday knowing that waste is not an issue. The app is so straight forward - I love ordering at the weekend, knowing I won’t have to think about lunch for the rest of the week. My shopping list is only half the size now that I don’t have to buy 5 days worth of lunch ingredients! Lunch is delivered fresh to the school every morning before class even starts.

The lunch I ordered for my daughter never arrived. I had signed up for alerts but didn’t receive an alert that the order had been cancelled, having previously been confirmed. Parents have experienced enough disruption to work without having to get a phone call that your child has been left without anything to eat. I can’t comment on the food as this was my only experience with the company, but one star for communication.
