Terrible UX flow
I keep clicking around trying to figure out how to start an order on the app. I don’t even know where to edit my child’s info when switching schools. When I somehow start an order, it’s so slow to place one having to select each day on the calendar and waiting for the menu to render for that day with some pictures showing and some not. The Website is just as confusing with how to start an order. Depending on which link I click, I may get a different header navigation. And the Account link in the web header shows different options than the Account link that appears on the left hand hyperlink options from the dashboard.
