Especially if your app automatically logs you out on the weekend and the only way to get a reset on your password is to call them but there hours are only Mon-Fri! If you are not going to have a reset password function someone needs to be there Saturday and Sunday also!! So silly -- DogloverMel, 2025-12-20 ### *---- "not great" the app is really slow and crashes allot and it looks terrible compared to other banking apps i’ve considered swapping banks for that reason and they’re missing some features that other banking apps have -- ffej eman ym, 2023-06-06 ### ****- "Brilliant" Brilliant setup but it also needs a forgotten password for people who forget their password. -- genius person, 2021-10-05 ### ***-- "Old app was dated but worked better" I've had issues with future payments that I've setup using the new app. My regular future payments are still working perfectly but some large new ones are just not happening. Luckily I realised and managed to pay my credit card just in time before interest would have been charged. The future payment for my phone bill went through though, I'm thinking because it was smaller...??? Also, it's inconvenient that the app signs out of your account when you switch to a different app. This can be a problem when you don't have paper to physically write down account details or payment amounts. On a positive note, I love the option to lock your card. I haven't had to use it yet but it's a great idea. -- Mad_maddles, 2017-08-17 ### ***-- "Needs update urgently!!!"
