## The Melt Description
"Here at The Melt we do as our name says: we melt things.

The Melt begins with 100% all-natural, high-quality cheeses, all-natural meats and fresh artisan breads, and then we melt them to amazing. Every bite of our crunchy, grilled sandwiches and juicy, flavorful MeltBurgers will put a smile on your face and happiness in your heart.

The Melt is also heavily committed to reducing our impact on the planet. We use 100% compostable or recyclable packaging and offer meatless options as healthy substitutes."

## The Melt Reviews in United States

### ***-- "App overcharge on delivery fees and later delivery"
Using 3rd party to deliver and adding a $7 delivery fee and tip makes ordering on the app not worth it. I wanted to order directly on app as I have loyalty. Next time will order thru delivery app- DoorDash or Uber eats
-- chishark, 2024-12-10

### ***-- "Good, but…"
The food has been good both times I have been here, but the music inside is obnoxiously loud. The person taking our order couldn’t hear us, nor could we hear her. It’s a restaurant, not a disco. Turn it down!
-- Giantsfan58, 2024-12-02

### **--- "Doesn’t Accept Apple Card"
Have to manually upload receipts every time. Update: the developer replied to me suggesting a support email. Unfortunately that was a waste of time, because support just told me Apple Card is not supported, which I already knew. Please find a way to support Apple Card, like a million other apps do. Manually uploading receipts is really tedious.
-- hamburgerdinosaur, 2024-10-06

### ***** "Amazing!"
Fabulous service
-- fpmeehan, 2024-08-09

### *---- "Disappointed 🥺"
I am a huge macaroni and cheese lover and I was so excited to try the Melty Mac but I have to say I am never order it again. There was hardly any cheese (plus the cheese that was in there was watery) and the toasted breadcrumbs turned into mush within 3 minutes of eating the Melty Mac.
-- Djvtujbxsyj, 2024-07-25

### ***** "Love the new App and I Love The Melt!!!!"
This app is such a big improvement. Once you get it downloaded and update your info it is great!
-- Greatzaa, 2024-06-14

### **--- "Lots of errors"
Errors when switching locations, warnings when paying at checkout, no Apple Pay support, texts from multiple numbers, not enough modifier options. I like The Melt’s food but their app developer is not very good.
-- Avoid2012, 2024-06-01

### ***** "Patty Melts."
Finally a great late night place with great food. I always get the Parmesan garlic fries and love the Patty Melts with some fresh jalepeño peppers. Open till 2 in San Diego, unbelievable.
-- ElGatodeBuenosSuerte, 2024-05-27

### *---- "The point of an app is to make it easier"
This app utterly fails. I can’t make an order and pay for it using the credit card I’m literally holding because that card has been used before somehow. But not in a way that links it to either email account I use. Literally no way to place an order and pay for it.

You may be open at 3am, but I won’t ever be back unless your operations start to actually operate.
-- KentBunn, 2024-05-14

### *---- "Took ten attempts to get it to accept my card"
This is not a review of the food or restaurant but of the app (Thanx). For some reason, it took a ton of attempts to get the app to accept one of my cards, and the UI does not do a good job of telling you what’s happening so I couldn’t diagnose it either. It wouldn’t accept my cvv or it was storing an old zip code but didn’t let me update it. I ultimately had to remove all saved cards, re add one of my cards, and even then the cart’s local storage had still stored the cvv input for a different card and I had to reenter that again.

But in the end, I got it to work and enjoyed a good meal. Still I’m sending a message to the Melt team to use a different app provider or invest a little more time into the implementation.
