Slow to show results
Why does this app take hours to update with the results after the lottery? Sometimes have to wait until the next day to check tickets. Not good enough.
This app is rubbish compared to internet version
Had to use the app because apple security is now hiding my IP which makes national lottery believe I’m abroad and stops me making purchases. Had to use app and it can’t remember last games, what is happening tonight and anything useful . Remembers Me and that’s it. Wake up - very poor performance from the current IT team- guess grass is not always greener/ have seen little improvement since switch from Camelot. In fact seen nothing- someone is benefiting but not the players
Instant win Prizes are garbage - instant disappointment!
Instant win games £5 to play, win £5 £10 £1500 or £1,000,000. The prizes are a joke! There should be more mid way prizes too - not just one extreme to the other. Like £500, £5000 £10,000 £50,000 £100,000 £250,000 etc. Winning £10 on a £5 scratch card as one of 4 prizes is very underwhelming and there’s only 2 better prizes which one of them is almost impossible odds to get. Hit or bust! Honestly guys this is rubbish, do better.

App is always logging me out and asking me to try again when depositing. Terrible
App problems
Impossible to add funds, rang their helpline who had no idea even though a previous review had mentioned it. Told me to contact my bank!
