We are a holistic wellness clinic with over 15 years’ experience in helping people achieve optimal health and vitality, enabling them to live life to their fullest potential. Our practice uniquely marries the ancient wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine with western diagnostics, modern science and nutritional therapy. We develop individual treatment programs for our clients, often following the use of blood or other clinical tests. Our main areas of focus include: Traditional Chinese Medicine TCM is an ancient holistic therapy that has been around for over 5000 years. It focuses on identifying the root cause of an ailment or disharmony in order to treat its symptoms. We begin with a thorough diagnostic assessment looking at past and present symptoms, medical history, environment and lifestyle. From here, treatment might involve acupuncture, moxibustion, cupping and herbal medicine. Massage and reflexology Massage has long been used to relax and purify the mind and body. We focus on four types: pregnancy massage for the second and third trimester; hot stone and oil massage for therapeutic purposes; lymphatic body massage to support detoxification and fluid drainage; and remedial massage to alleviate muscular tension and pain. We also provide customised organic facials to promote relaxation while hydrating and nourishing the skin, and reflexology, which targets pressure points of the feet to help facilitate relaxation and restore balance and wellbeing. Nutritional advice We believe strongly in the power of good nutrition and the fundamental role it plays in health and wellbeing. People’s nutritional needs vary and we all process food differently but one thing is clear – once you understand how to nourish your body with the right foods, the effects on your health and energy levels are unsurpassed. We work with clients to identify what this means for them and how to achieve it in their everyday lives. DNA testing The road to success is a lot faster if you know the way. The modern science of DNA testing provides us with an in-depth level of insight and knowledge about our clients. By identifying imbalances, genetic predispositions and food intolerances, DNA testing shows us the way to achieve our clients’ goals.
