The app is free to download. Subscribers receive unlimited access. Most current New Yorker subscribers have unlimited access to the app as part of their existing subscription. Subscribers with a print-only subscription may not have unlimited access. App subscribers have full access to the Web site, including the archive and most recent issue. Users who have trouble accessing stories can e-mail [email protected] for assistance.

Non-subscribers may access the app by starting a free trial. A subscription costs $11.99 a month or $119.99 annually, and includes a 7-day free trial, after which it will automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period and will state the cost of renewal. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.

Subscriptions may be managed by the user, and auto-renewal may be turned off by updating the user’s App Store Subscription settings after purchase. Payment will be charged to iTunes account at confirmation of purchase.

Осторожно мошенники!

Отписаться нельзя (сразу «ой, функционал не работает»), деньги за подписку не возвращают! Один раз списали, потом отменить платную подписку нельзя - пришлось блокировать и перевыпускать карту!

Всем, у кого не получается отменить подписку: на страницу Manage Subscription можно зайти используя vpn и указав местоположение США. На этой странице можно все легко отменить.

It takes time to mail your issue

I subscribed and at first I didn’t get any forward information, but in about a month I received my first printed issue. Now I receive them every week. Excellent magazine!!!

Fraud, scam, мошенники аккуратно!!!!!

Its a huge scam, u can’t cancel ur subscription, u would not receive neither a gift bag no an access to ur account. Block or change ur card before the trial will come to an end. Мошенническая организация, покупаете подписку за 6 долларов, вам не приходит ничего - не допуск к вашему аккаунту, не сумка в подарок, более того, если уже подписались - успейте заблокировать карту иначе у вас будут переодически списывать 100 $, служба поддержки кормит завтраками, тянет время до того как спишут полноценную подписку. От такого именитого издания не ожидала, просто компания позорит США.

Полный развод!

Деньги сняли, а аккаунт так и не создали. Техподдержка ужасно медленная, отвечают по несколько дней. Несколько раз отписались, что они не видят подписку на мое имя и просят скинуть сканы квитанции и подтверждения. Дальше ничего не происходит.

Обман

Ни в коем случае не подписывайтесь из СНГ. Невозможно достучаться до техподдержки, автоматически продлевают подписку после пробного периода. Сайт не работает, поддержка бездействует, и так уже несколько лет.

I can’t cancel my promo subscription, because settings page doesn’t work on your website! I sent an email to technical support but there is no answer. “Super”! 😡
