We‘ve seen Steely Dan, Steve Winwood … The people are nice an friendly. The location got everything the visitors need. 💚🇬🇧 -- O2 is great, 2023-10-09 ### ***-- "Problem solved" First I had the same problem as some other people writing that they don’t get access to their tickets. I downloaded the app, created an account with the email address I used for my ticket purchase and the app updated. But then when I wanted to see “my tickets” the app asked me to log in but didn’t accept my login data. The solution is to sign up again with the same email address. I finally have my ticket. The app in itself is great. But the tickets could be found more easily. -- ks9191919, 2023-03-03 ### *---- "I cannot login" The sign up button doesn‘t work, so I cannot retrieve my tickets. Since it is the only way, I am kind of at loss what to do. The app and os is updated , so is hay should I do? No it contact available, nothing. I am ready to give the tickets back since I would be coming from Germany. However, not possible either. I can’t log in with an email address I previously registered with to retrieve my tickets purchased via Ticketmaster, nor can I reset the password for that previously created account, because the app claims that email address is unknown.
