## The Ocean Race Reviews in Netherlands

### *---- "unresponsive app, poor tracker"
What happened to this app? I remember it as being quite stable and responsive. But this is no longer the case. In addition, the new tracker is inaccurate and not as usable as the previous one. Does definitely not succeed in making it easier to follow the Ocean Race Europe.
-- nuijtmans, 2025-08-11

### *---- "2023 versie hopeloos"
-- KuipM, 2023-03-09

### ***-- "Tracker"
Opening the tracker and half of my screen is filled with information I don’t need (and want) at that moment, because there is just the other half of my screen for seeing the globe and weather forecast/situations.
I know there are sponsors to be named etc. But is there a possibility to show a more full screen map and less info that’s blocks what you really want to see in the tracker. Also the tracker timeline blocks an important part of the view.
In case of the tracker layout and the organisation of the information on screen in the tracker, I likes the version in the previous race better. Maybe you can use some of the ingredients they used …
Oh, and can you please bring back the “play”-button ▶️ in the tracker? So you can play back the race from I certain point in time to the last available moment..?
-- Captain WiseNose, 2023-02-06

### ****- "Mooie app, weinig filmpjes"
Mooie app om dagelijks de VOR te volgens. Echter staan er niet zoveel filmpjes op, deze vind ik meer op FB
-- RockInAmsterdam, 2018-06-22

### **--- "Crash app"
The app crashes constantly. Reinstalled twice, no result.
-- seahopper5460, 2018-05-24

### *---- "App crashes immediately"
The app crashes every time when I open it after the splash movie.
-- TvdB-1985, 2018-05-24

### ****- "OK for a quick update"
For daily updates on position and news this app serves well.
My iPad is old and slow, therefore sophisticated features of this app are not used.
-- piekeboor, 2018-05-20

### **--- "Slow finish updates!"
The finish of the 8th leg was a cliffhanger, especially the last hour. Why then update the DTL, DTF, etc. every 15 or so minutes? That's pathetic, I reckon.
-- Erik Coolen, 2018-05-08

### ****- "Wonderful"
Nice tracker and wind info. Also the news updates and video's are great.
-- Krokhest, 2018-04-02

### *---- "Please update with landscape view!"
I really don’t use this app because it is in portrait on my iPad.
