Why

Why do we need a app to access tickets. Dumb, really dumb.

Very misleading

Says professional sport but when I watched the game it looked like anything but.

Where is standing or table ???

Too hard to sign up

After seeing the push for people in Nz to buy tickets I downloaded the app to buy. I set up the account and registered and tapped on the part to buy tickets. Sent off to a web page and entered my details. Still says I don’t have an account. I’m not signing up twice. The reason I didn’t buy in the first place was because I didn’t want to start a fifa account. That’s why people aren’t buying.

No Apple Pay or PayPal

Why do I need to enter my CC details to buy tickets to matches?!? It’s 2023 and hacking happens - no offence but I don’t trust you with my CC info. Get PayPal or ApplePay or don’t bother building an app.

Slow and painful

Every single time you open the app you have to log back in which is an absolute pain and sometimes you have to log on three or four times for it to actually work. Everything is slow, clunky and frustrating. I’ve been trying to do World Cup fantasy but I’ve given up because the app is so bad. Don’t even bother getting this app, stick to OneFootball and the Premier League app.

C’mon

This App is embarrassing, slow, crashes, highlights when they work aren’t in landscape, why can’t I just see the points table? Be better

No group standings

Cannot find the groups or group standings: should be easy to find

Basic and slow

For thr first week most of the photos of players were missing. Watching highlights is a pain. Interface is basic and slow. No features in there to make it appealing.

Incredibly poor

What an incredibly poor performing, very very slow to load and use. No landscape viewing, can't continue to use app without (overegular) updating the app, and it's missing information.
