The Outnet used to be an excellent shopping experience which has gone rogue. I really don’t know what kind of business decisions lie behind the downgrade but it surely is a study in failure. If you want to flank your business and turn your back to loyal customers follow their footsteps and your failure shall be guaranteed. The problems are numerous with the worst being that their return system does not function. So beware people: if you buy something from them you might not be able to return it. Buy at your own risk or don’t buy at all

Great site, nicely done. Although, unfortunately the description of a product lacks information. For example in the bags section, I would appreciate the info on how big or small they are as well as additional photos of a model carrying one. A feature, essentially needed for a costumer trying to imagine how the bag would look on somebody.

I downloaded the app and started shopping. I had two items in my shopping bag and when I went to checkout the items were sold out!!! I find this absolutely absurd! How can I shop when instead of having on hold the items I put in my shopping bag you sell them while I shop. It's like getting in a store holding in my hands the items I want to take to the counter and someone comes and pulls what I am holding!!! I am very disappointed. Absolutely terrible service!
