This app is so goooooood
Man, I wasn’t expecting much, but there’s free credit, there’s random discounts that my mates who don’t have the app don’t get. This is well worth a download.

Why do I have to add my credit card details before even getting into the app? I understand it is needed to order things, but at least let us have a look at the app before we give you sensitive information.
The worst app ever. Don't waste your time!
Functionality is fine once you’re in.. but to be forced to sign into the account every day is insane. When I open up the app I should be able to simply see my account/login in the same way we do with every other app out there. [Update: I appreciate the fact you’ve identified the issue. As the ‘Social signups’ auto-logout doesn’t affect other apps, it’s clearly a coding issue on your part. Look forward to you sorting that out]
My friend and I were asked at The Globe to download the app to get the discounted beers. Signed up to then receive a message saying that I already have an account with that mobile number. Tried the different email addresses I have to reset the password and received no email with a password reset. Obviously used a different email address many years ago. Cannot create a new account or login to old and wasted over 30 minutes of time with my friend at lunch. Disappointed. Go see Apps People. It would make sense to enter mobile number if user cannot remember email.
In 2024, you shouldn’t be expected to provide credit card details to register and use an app. There are other more secure payment options available. App deleted!
This is an unnecessarily complicated app that makes me not want to use it or visit its participating venues. I’d rather a member’s card, service from a human being at the bar and not be told off for not knowing my table number. When my local pub changed hands they switched from their easy to use plastic loyalty card to this ‘customer do all the work app while the staff stand around getting annoyed’. Compare to Varsity’s app: The Pass always requires logging in; You have to tell it where you are (and the map isn’t easy to use); It keeps you logged in to your last location even if you’re not there which means you can accidentally order from a menu that isn’t where you are; and There’s no membership barcode to scan - you have to get a four digit code which the bar staff have to enter into a terminal. Varsity’s multi venue app is far superior and a lesson in how to do this stuff properly.
Realised my local was on this app so using it was a no brainer
The meandu.app offer me 10 dols rewards when I was on The Crown Hotel - Brisbane. So I downloaded de The Pass app and I put my card number on the system and they tried to take money from my account 4 times with different value….
Love this app, maker ordering easy, good specials.
