They updated the app and it’s horrible. The other one was so much better, it was clearer and had way more information.

The new looks pretty but missing the peak dates in timing and percentage alike with friends. Please bring back!

The recent updates have ruined a previously great app. All the relevant information is now scattered and inaccessible. Stop fixing what is not broke!!

First off just want to say that the Pattern is my favorite astrology app by far. I have told so many people I know about this app thanks to its incredible insights and ability to track my charts relationship to the current placement of the stars. My favorite thing about it is the timing feature. That said, I’m feeling very frustrated with the latest update. The features I liked best about it are now hidden and difficult to access. I cant find the community conversations regarding each transit and aspect, and that was such a place of comfort for me. I loved to read other people’s comments on how certain timings felt for them, or how a pattern showed up for them personally. What happened to the comment section?? I don’t understand the “vault” tab. What is its purpose? If it is a place where your chart is kept, why do you have to click on an additional button to access your chart, why isn't it all there from the start? This page feels empty. Meanwhile, the “discover” tab is completely overwhelming. Everything is packed into one place, from the audios to our timings, our friends patterns, moon phases, lessons on astrology, world timings… Its too much!! It ends up feeling like a newsfeed full of ads rather than the clean and simple home page I grew to love. My personal information, patterns, timings, partner bond, etc, should not be in the same place as “today’s featured content”. Shouldn’t “My Vault” be the place for our personal info, including timing and partner patterns? It feels like it would make more sense this way, and as it is now I don’t even like looking at the discover page due to how busy it is. Overall I’m feeling very frustrated by the update. The app does not feel intuitive anymore and it is difficult to find the things I am looking for. The aesthetic also feels very corporate which I get is something a lot of apps are doing these days as they gain popularity, but the soul of this app feels lost to imitating trendy layouts. I am hoping there are more updates to come because what is currently going on is NOT it! Again, this is my favorite astrology app and I want it to continue being my go-to. But with the app in its current layout I am feeling like it may be time to move on. Really hoping some more changes are in the future (that doesn't involve putting great features behind a paywall). Thank you for giving me a wonderful app for so many years. Please make it better, not worse ❤️

About 6 years ago the app was cool and even accurate most times. The layout was easy to navigate but these most recent updates have made it confusing and out of touch. Not so much of a fan now.

I loved this app. But this update is not it. It’s hard to use on my phone. Idk how to maneuver the app anymore

The app has gone thru so many changes over the years, it's hard to know how to give an enduring rating. It's flashier, prettier, fluffier... more and more content goes behind paywalls (I'm forever losing access to features I considered relevant/thought-inspiring and am thankful I snapshoted a fair amount in past). The "connect" feature should have great potential, but is still in early-stages and shows limits of their "bond" methods (the pool isn't deep enough yet, I get it). They still don't explain certain facets, like their "bond" titles (w/o digging thru web content beyond the app)... but at least I'm now aware they use whole signs for houses (for those advanced enough to have prefs). Just as our culture is fixated on profit, so is this app. I used to enjoy the mental provocation of their content, but can't access enough of it anymore without paying and I know too much astro info is available for free (I've studied for decades browsing websites, forums, and streaming abundantly available resources... using my money to buy books on chart-reading). The Pattern has made itself to catch the mostly novice-eye and, in a highly competitive world, turn their extra efforts into income. I applaud their hard work, but much of it is unnecessary marketing sparkle. Their level of content doesn't match what you can get for less expense with a little more exploring. If you want a real, personalized experience to sort your life out consider paying an astrologer or learning methods on your own.

The new completely remodeled app is not user friendly, at all. It’s very poorly organized. The app now makes you scroll through all of their suggested information now to find anything specific. There’s also no link to your own profile, so instead you’re forced to scroll endlessly searching for your own patterns and any current cycles affecting you.

I've never left a review on anything before but I'm so sad I used this app daily and it's entirely different now!!! And my saved entires are gone :(

I've been using this app for a while and it was fine the way it was. The new style is just bad—confusing and hard to navigate. The previous design was much more user-friendly. This update has made using the app a frustrating experience. Please bring back the old version!
