This app should be banned as it is deceptive and just wants your money. I will highly recommend Manila Bulletin news app, try it and see the difference. If there's a zero star I'd give this Philippine Star app wholeheartedly negative no star rating. Way to go keep it up.

Please check my renewal it’s not working 2 days before it renews

I downloaded the latest updatest last July 25, and from thereon, my Philstar app has not been working on my iPad2. 🙁 I paid the annual subscription, I hope you can do something about this.

This app is so buggy it’s beyond me. Don’t use PhilStar just anything else just not this app. Most of the button’s don’t even work.

I can't open anything. An error pops up upon opening the app. It reads "There are no view controllers in this project - please open it in editor mode and add one." Please fix this. I'm not getting my money's worth. I read this everyday.

I do not know how to contact the company because the app always encounter errors every time I will open it. My reading schedule has been interrupted. Very inefficient app. Will never renew my subscription once it expires.

Autorenews without your approval and you cannot cancel the subscription. You cannot even login to your account to cancel the subscription because you did not create one in the first place.

Poor text especially advertisements are barely readable. Comics cannot be read.

This app works very poorly. There are times when the current issue is loaded very late in the morning but today, when I tried loading the current issue, I was reverted to yesterday's issue. Tried a couple of times but to no avail. It's frustrating.
