## The Police Credit Union of CA Reviews in United States

### ****- "Good, not great"
Good app, it works, but for the love of god please allow dark mode. It is so bright white it’s painful at night.
-- SensitiveEyes, 2025-09-22

### *---- "App constantly crashes"
Every time I try to transfer money around from saving to checking or zelle anyone it crashes! It’s been happening for weeks now. At this point I have to always use the web browser because the app is useless to me. Please fix this bug!
-- Ve_55, 2025-08-07

### ***-- "Needs refined user interface"
I understand strict security but accessing one’s own account is ridiculous. I mean why send emails that say go to account? App itself is better than big banks and wished all banking apps were as well designed.
-- lmlee_sfo, 2025-03-30

### ***** "My Credit Union Membership"
I have been a member of the Police CU for over 40 years and i wouldn't use any other bank or other credit union, the staff at Police CU are very helpful and always happy to answer any questions or concerns i have, my father was one of the original charter members that got the credit union to where it is today, you cannot find a better place to put your trust and money in.
Respectively Yours John A. Russell Jr....
Happy Holidays to all...
-- John Jr ., 2024-11-28

### **--- "Appearance and Functionality"
This is my main financial institution and I absolutely love the Police Credit Union, so don’t take the review wrong.
I just wish the APP was easier to manage both in appearance and functionality. Sometime it drags or lags moving through different applications and it’s hard and takes time to maneuver.
I wish there was a lot more options to use and/or easier ways to access the current options.

Otherwise again I love this credit union and service
-- Gastan44, 2024-10-14

### *---- "Review prompt"
Don’t bother people with this trash.
-- Customer#99, 2024-05-06

### ***** "So easy but a little plain"
I have Wells Fargo also and I have the app as well and it’s a lot more lively than the PCU’s app. But I’m happy that the PCU does have an easy app anyway.
-- Winnie girl”, 2023-12-09

### ***-- "Opening up my account"
I been trying to recover the money that was sent to me from zelle today in sign in its been so hard I followed all the prompts still cant sign in
-- Cherylt 55, 2023-07-17

### ****- "Some lil recommendations"
I recently became a member and everything is going good but I have a little advice you guys could apply to the app to make it better and these are:
-Make it so the routing number is easier to find.
-Improve the total limit with Zelle

Thank you
-- FernandoR841, 2023-03-11

### *---- "Check Deposit"
Check deposit feature has not been working correctly for the past two months.
