The issues I’ve encountered however are 1. When booking via a third party the reservation number you get doesn’t work with check in and the reservation number isn’t provided in the email the hotel sends you recommending you download the app. It would make sense for this detail to be in that email. 2. Room service menu is very light. It says day only is only available at one time, night only available at another time but there’s some items that are neither. I assume these are available all the time but it doesn’t specify. 3.
