The Punt is built for one university and one university only: Cambridge.
Sign in with your @cam.ac.uk email and you're in a verified space with other Cambridge students. No bots. No outsiders. Just the people you actually share a college, a course, a society, or a staircase with.
FIND YOUR SOCIETIES
Cambridge has over 600 societies and most of them are impossible to find. The Punt puts every one in a single directory. Filter by interest, college, sport, subject or commitment level, and let our recommendations suggest the ones most likely to suit you. No more hunting through old websites and dead mailing lists.
EVERYTHING GOING ON
One event space for the whole university: academic talks, sports trials, concerts, plays, formals, club nights, May Balls and more. See what's on tonight, what's coming this week, and what's suggested for you. Save events and never miss a ticket release again.
EXCLUSIVE LOCAL DEALS
We've partnered with local Cambridge businesses to give Punt users discounts you won't find anywhere else. Save money at the cafes and restaurants you already use every day, just by showing the app.
TICKETS, SWAPS AND THE MAP
Buy and sell tickets for anything, from club nights to ski trips.
Swap formals without the group chat. Post the formal you have, pick the one you want, and get matched, instead of scrolling through hundreds of messages.
Got a paper ticket? Drop a pin on the map to show where you can hand it over. Buyers can see every ticket near them and pick the closest and easiest one to collect.
CONFESSIONS
An anonymous page for the things only Cambridge people would understand. Posts are anonymous to other users, but every account behind them is a verified Cambridge student, and the page has moderation plus full block and report tools.
WHY @CAM.AC.UK ONLY
Some apps let anyone in and call it a student community. Ours doesn't. Every account is tied to a real Cambridge email at signup. If you don't have one, you can't sign in. That's the whole point.
