The Rally is the world's first supercharged, beat-based daily walk designed for busy women and busy schedules. More than a walk - it’s a full body state shift. Experience the difference in as little as six minutes: flip your state, create fresh energy, and re-route your day, fast - morning, noon or night. Weekdays or weekends.
Engineered to move stress out of your body and through as well as shifting your mind and body in real time. This is one walk with 7 layers and 50+ benefits. 

The Rally is not a walking meditation. It’s not a workout. It’s not 10,000 steps. It's an entirely new daily walking ritual. You don't need a gym. You don't need equipment. All you need is a beat and your feet. 

You press play. Start walking. Walk to the beat & breathe to the beat, experiencing the 7 layer shift in one walk:
1. Interval pacing - walk to the beat. Aliveness returns.
2. Full body oxygenation - guided breath paced into the music. 
3. Music that drives everything - engineered to activate or calm your nervous system.
