## The Regent Health Club & Spa Reviews in United Kingdom

### *---- "App doesn’t let me log in."
Since signing up to the lifetime membership I’ve had problems. They tried to change something in house so that I could book 2 weeks on classes and ever since then I cannot log in. although it recognises my log in details it just stays on the log in page and doesn’t move.. staff in house don’t have a clue how to fix it.
-- Newland9, 2024-02-21

### ****- "Good support"
I had issues logging on to the app. I contacted the tech team and Manraaj had my issues resolved in no time.
-- thejessg1, 2020-09-12

### **--- "News function ?"
When the news alert arrived and a link to the article is visible how do I get to read it? I assumed you just tapped on it and it would take me to the article but nothing happens!
-- Daddyski, 2020-07-16

### ***** "All fixed and working well"
The app wasn’t allowing me to login in which I left a review and the developers got in touch with me.

They were very responsive and friendly, gave me an alternative solution until they develop and implement a permanent fix. The bug fix has been rolled out and the app now works as intended.

Good support from the team especially Manraaj

### *---- "Booking problems"
Still unable to book classes in the evening. Can see them but when I tap on them the screen just jumps back to earlier classes. Please sort this out, I only book evening classes so am unable to use the app.
-- welshie82, 2019-07-20

### *---- "Booking doesn’t work!"
If I scroll down to book a class for the afternoon I can’t click on it, waste of an app just use the website
-- e_r_m, 2019-05-29

### *---- "Cannot book or see classes beyond am"
The app crashes - will only load to am 4 days in advance. It opens up the wrong class when I would like to book yoga in the evening.
-- chucknorris2468, 2019-03-08

### *---- "Totally useless. Don’t waste your time"
The main point of the app is to be able to book classes on the go. Well don’t waste your time. You can’t. It is totally useless.
-- Not enough bags &shoe, 2019-02-05

### *---- "First time user"
This is the first time I have used the app.
I found it quite disappointing and totally not on par with other gym apps.
The news reel seems to go on and isn’t up to date I’m not really interested in seeing what was happening in 2017!
The programme page doesn’t work properly and there are hardly any if not any descriptions of what the class is about. Which is not helpful if you haven’t been into the gym yet but want to book in advance
Not used the activity part but if the rest is anything to go by I won’t hold my breath!
-- Skat30, 2018-11-14

### *---- "Can’t book classes past 10.30"
Why have an app that makes it impossible to book classes past 10.30 am???
Looks like it’s a problem so why not fix it ?
