I don’t know why this loop is happening. it’s the same behavior whether on my laptop my iPad or iPhone. I’ve been hoping someone would spot this and get it fixed but it hasn’t happened. I am tech savvy and used to work in IT. I’m not imagining this problem. Please sort it out. -- cambridgelife, 2026-09-27 ### ***-- "Shock Absorption" Traveling on the MBTA The Ride reminds me of the children’s song “The people in the bus go up and down all through the town!” Poor shock absorption mechanics create major discomfort while buckled in the seats. Clients recovering from back/ spine injuries or fractures are subjected to major discomfort during the “bumpy” ride to the destination. Please replace or repair the inadequate shock absorbers. I do appreciate the opportunity the MBTA The Ride provides me with caring Drivers and much needed para transportation. -- coach V🐝, 2026-09-17 ### ***** "It gets me there" Everything is working out and it’s cost effective. I’m grateful to have this service. -- Slamdunkeroosky, 2026-08-09 ### *---- "Saturday ride from Quincy you should let me get with the woman going to JP on South Street instead" Having me wait in pouring rain because my ride was over an hour late to get me -- Tremont1170, 2026-07-22 ### ****- "Good service" The drivers are always nice and considerate ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️very patient with slow moving elderly. Time management complicated because of wide time window for pickup. Almost always arrive earlier than necessary, but I don’t dare try to compensate for that when scheduling. -- Zenobiadaisy, 2026-07-06 ### ****- "GPS Issue" Overall it’s ok but the GPS used is off. 800 Washington st pickup ended up at the back door not the front door. Many times GPS tells driver to go the wrong way on a one way street -- Jmwy50, 2026-06-09 ### ***** "Huge thank you!" This is my first week on 6 for radiation and every drive has been kind and helpful guiding me to and from my destination. Awesome service to have when you have limited mobility I can’t thank you enough! -- rmerlina, 2026-03-26 ### **--- "Glitchy" The vehicle tracking doesn’t work on my apple iPad since the latest update was installed -- Jgfryujvcsrtikmbbhkhcdt, 2026-03-22 ### *---- "Never Again!" If you have a problem with your reservation, forget about any”Customer Service”; you will only be dumped to a phone menu that loops on itself and never takes you to a person. I will never use this app again; the final straw was when it scheduled my return home from a store for the next day and they refused to make a change. Thank God for good neighbors who came to my rescue! -- LA_Graham, 2026-03-17 [View all The RIDE - MBTA reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## The RIDE - MBTA Available In - [United States](https://apptail.io/app/the-ride-mbta-KiLw/united-states) - [Canada](https://apptail.io/app/the-ride-mbta-KiLw/canada) - [Austria](https://apptail.io/app/the-ride-mbta-KiLw/austria) - [Australia](https://apptail.io/app/the-ride-mbta-KiLw/australia) - [Costa Rica](https://apptail.io/app/the-ride-mbta-KiLw/costa-rica) - [Germany](https://apptail.io/app/the-ride-mbta-KiLw/germany) - [Algeria](https://apptail.io/app/the-ride-mbta-KiLw/algeria) - [United Kingdom](https://apptail.io/app/the-ride-mbta-KiLw/united-kingdom) - [Hungary](https://apptail.io/app/the-ride-mbta-KiLw/hungary) - [Israel](https://apptail.io/app/the-ride-mbta-KiLw/israel) - [India](https://apptail.io/app/the-ride-mbta-KiLw/india) - [United Arab Emirates](https://apptail.io/app/the-ride-mbta-KiLw/united-arab-emirates) - [Italy](https://apptail.io/app/the-ride-mbta-KiLw/italy) - [North Macedonia](https://apptail.io/app/the-ride-mbta-KiLw/north-macedonia) - [Nigeria](https://apptail.io/app/the-ride-mbta-KiLw/nigeria) - [Netherlands](https://apptail.io/app/the-ride-mbta-KiLw/netherlands) - [Norway](https://apptail.io/app/the-ride-mbta-KiLw/norway) - [New Zealand](https://apptail.io/app/the-ride-mbta-KiLw/new-zealand) - [Philippines](https://apptail.io/app/the-ride-mbta-KiLw/philippines) - [Poland](https://apptail.io/app/the-ride-mbta-KiLw/poland) - [Qatar](https://apptail.io/app/the-ride-mbta-KiLw/qatar) - [Senegal](https://apptail.io/app/the-ride-mbta-KiLw/senegal) - [Iceland](https://apptail.io/app/the-ride-mbta-KiLw/iceland) - [Angola](https://apptail.io/app/the-ride-mbta-KiLw/angola) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
