### ***** "So welcoming for beginners!"
I was so nervous to go boxing for the first time but every class I have been to has been such a welcoming group. Every coach is kind-hearted and the exercises can be modified for anyone. You go at your own pace and the coaches are approachable for any questions! I’ve been going for 6 months now and highly recommend. Also the communication with the organizers is super responsive if you have any issues with booking classes.
