App simply crash on iOS 14+. Rendering entire ecosystem useless -- VNetiPhone, 2020-12-08 ### ***** "Great" It’s a great app to connect ur Robo to, U can talk through a mic and move around when your not home. -- RyanHedgcoe, 2020-07-26 ### ***-- "Needs a update" Please update the app.I use the app a lot it works most of the time but the bugs are annoying please update soon. -- mrsteel006, 2019-07-12 ### *---- "Won’t show video" I can control movements. But I can’t see the video. If I take a picture, that works, but I don’t get live view so I don’t know where I’m going -- Frugala, 2019-06-09 ### *---- "It’s nothing more then a paperweight" It will no longer connect to the internet When unit worked it was slow and sugish Battery now will not charge Take it back where you got it it is a waste of time I was excited so unlike a fixed camera I could move it atriums and talk through it. As it does not Live up to its claims it is nothing more then a paperweight No tech support -- CasinoRisk, 2019-01-13 ### *---- "Horrible" I would put 0 stars if I could. I’ve had this for three days. I’ve watched all the online videos, read the Manuel 4+ times. And still the app and device have only worked twice for me and after hours of reconnecting over and over again. Absolutely not reliable. I would consider keeping this if they upgraded the app. The app crashes every time I go to connect, I have restarted and done everything imaginable. It’s by chance if it even works. I have to reconfigure the device to the WiFi every time, which you have to be present to do, defeating the purpose of having the device you can “access from anywhere in the world”. I’ve tried to contact customer support. Could not find a number listed anywhere. Had to email. Have not heard back yet. Just don’t buy unless they upgrade. -- Aluna & David, 2019-01-13 ### *---- "This app is slightly annoying" We might not be doing it correctly, but it is not working, and it’s confusing and very frustrating and slow }:( (That is an angry emoji!!!!!!!!!!!!🤬 -- thisissoannoying🤬💩🤮, 2018-12-28 ### *---- "Horrible app" Who wrote this crap? Barely works. -- weird tolkienish figure, 2018-12-01 ### **--- "Glitches" Unit works okay. It was always a problem to connect. Takes several tries. When it does connect it worked very well for a while but then some thing happened. Now it will connect and function but can’t get video to stream reliably. It’s very intermittent. However when I snap a picture or take video, it will indeed film/record but still with no streaming video. I don’t know what the problem could be. Recently replaced the battery. -- bmny777, 2018-10-08 [View all The Robo Buddy reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## The Robo Buddy Available In - [United States](https://apptail.io/app/the-robo-buddy-muUd/united-states) - [Canada](https://apptail.io/app/the-robo-buddy-muUd/canada) - [Chile](https://apptail.io/app/the-robo-buddy-muUd/chile) - [China](https://apptail.io/app/the-robo-buddy-muUd/china) - [Dominican Republic](https://apptail.io/app/the-robo-buddy-muUd/dominican-republic) - [Algeria](https://apptail.io/app/the-robo-buddy-muUd/algeria) - [Ecuador](https://apptail.io/app/the-robo-buddy-muUd/ecuador) - [United Kingdom](https://apptail.io/app/the-robo-buddy-muUd/united-kingdom) - [Israel](https://apptail.io/app/the-robo-buddy-muUd/israel) - [Japan](https://apptail.io/app/the-robo-buddy-muUd/japan) - [United Arab Emirates](https://apptail.io/app/the-robo-buddy-muUd/united-arab-emirates) - [Kuwait](https://apptail.io/app/the-robo-buddy-muUd/kuwait) - [Lebanon](https://apptail.io/app/the-robo-buddy-muUd/lebanon) - [Peru](https://apptail.io/app/the-robo-buddy-muUd/peru) - [Philippines](https://apptail.io/app/the-robo-buddy-muUd/philippines) - [Pakistan](https://apptail.io/app/the-robo-buddy-muUd/pakistan) - [Singapore](https://apptail.io/app/the-robo-buddy-muUd/singapore) - [Thailand](https://apptail.io/app/the-robo-buddy-muUd/thailand) - [Türkiye](https://apptail.io/app/the-robo-buddy-muUd/turkey) - [Taiwan](https://apptail.io/app/the-robo-buddy-muUd/taiwan) - [South Korea](https://apptail.io/app/the-robo-buddy-muUd/south-korea) - [Brazil](https://apptail.io/app/the-robo-buddy-muUd/brazil) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
