Product rocks

Easy to use works well

Keeps disconnecting

Used to be a good app but it’s not anymore. If you lock your phone and sit it to the side and then need it again and open the app back up, it’s disconnected. You have to close the app entirely, reconnect it, and then use it. Super annoying. It does this even IF you don’t lock your phone. Let’s say you pause your movie, just go look at a text to respond quickly. When you go back to the app to click play, it’s disconnected again. You have to close the app, load it back up, reconnect, and use it again. By that time you’ve already got another text to respond to.

First I’ve been trying to connect it for ages it’s getting on my nerves sorry for the rudeness it’s not my fault

Roku remote

I love the remote because when you lose your remote or accidentally brake in some way you always have the online remote as a backup.

Minor headphone audio bug

The feature for the remote app was that you could divert the tv audio to the blue tooth connected headphones, but one day I tried to turn it on, but it just stoped working

Works at times

3 stars now because it worked somewhat well before the iPhone update. It at least found each Roku tv but the headphones via app worked sporadically. The app needs new bug fixes after iOS update, imo now. Finds one tv with Roku built in, and not the other Roku ultra 4k, verified on the same network as my phone. While on headphones via app it works for a few minutes then loses connection to the entire tv. Ads on the remote app just gets in the way. Horrible idea. We get enough ads on the Roku platform itself. It’s a great concept - glad to have had it for a while and now I’m spoiled. I want it to work great again, circa 1-2 years ago, sans ads.

It’s just so good because when you can’t find the remote it this app will help you out

App Freezes

Freezes when temporarily leaving and reopening the remote app. This is very frustrating.
