## The School Of Breath Reviews in United States

### ****- "Sleep app"
Amazing app for sleeping super simple setup. Only problem is the music portion sometimes glitches and doesn’t show up at all. Have to re download every time .
-- Joe.422, 2026-02-21

### ***** "Great app!!"
I’ve been practicing with this app for several days, and it’s been a wonderful experience. The meditations are excellent, and the fact that my questions were answered so clearly and so quickly made me feel truly supported.
-- Rasht13, 2025-09-24

### ***** "Excellent Breathwork Support"
Excellent app with a wealth of information and support. Excellent customer service.
-- Zebra $$, 2025-09-17

### *---- "Subscription won’t work"
Ridiculous, no help at all, bought the Monthly subscription and can’t access it at all even adding my number I want a complete refund if this can’t be figured out.
-- Havinfun33, 2025-08-17

### ***** "Love! Very Calming."
Beautiful and easy to use. I do not clutter my phone with Apps but this one is special. I feel instantly calm when I use this minimal yet rich app. Lovely meditations, music and breathing prompts. Breathing widgets with haptics can even be quietly and effectively used in the dark or without anyone knowing. Designed with great care, I can tell. Abhi is a great teacher and the School of breath team has done an understated yet spectacular job here.
-- CosmicAnushree, 2025-08-05

### ***** "Life Saving!!!"
I’ve endured intense pressure in my head, and Kundalini Psyhosis, for about 20 years. I was led to this app by achieving great results from your YouTube channel Sir. Paths are opening, and I feel truly present for the first time in a very long time. Thank you Abhi Duggal. I will try to show your breathing videos to as many people as I can.
-- ArisingPhenomena, 2025-04-13

### ***** "The Only App You Need For Personalized Sleep & Natural Wellness!"
This app is my new best friend for sleep and wellness. The built-in sleep music is awesome. I can juggle natural noises such as Rain, Crickets, Bells, Fire and calm solfeggio notes such as Delta, Theta, White Noise, even OM chant (this really helps me). Like I make my own sleep playlist every night. I also like that you can set it to play the music in the background even if my phone is locked, which is really convenient for night time.

Even better: the app is so much more than sleep music. Courses like the 9-Day Breathwork Challenge and the Sleep Mastery have drastically improved my stress, energy and sleep life. Through guided breathwork, meditations and sleep aids, this makes for a really whole package.

It’s simple to use and I like that it gets updated a lot, so you never run out of new things to try. If you’re looking to sleep better, manage your stress, or simply be a happier person overall, this app is a must have. It’s really a part of my well-being journey now and I can’t recommend it enough!
