I have been a subscriber of this app for years on end, and this new app upgrade on my XS Max is just amasing, the words are like 3D — they almost pop out of my screen, making me get the message clearer. 
The Secret has been the greatest ingredient in my life-transformation. These Daily Teachings give us something to pause and reflect to, in a very busy day. I set my Notifications to 7am, so I make sure I start my day right, and I look at the Daily Teaching a few times a day, to make sure I keep track of all things positive, and even share it to family and friends.
The Magic is strongly suggested as well.
