Ok, so the books are a bit expensive, but if you want to invest in a nice baby book I highly recommend this route. The books are super nice, three ring punched so you can add personal things, and you can get envelopes for keepsakes. The app makes it SO easy to regularly and consistently add to the book. No more printing, gluing, etc. just pop in photos from your phone and jot down a little anecdote here and there and you’ll blast through it!

I love the app and the concept of this book. After spending so much time putting my heart into filling this out and painstakingly choosing photos, I was so excited to receive the book. Super disappointed that the pages are printed on paper slightly thicker than printer paper and about the same quality as my cheap home printer would spit out. For this price I really expected photo book quality. Such a bummer, it makes me wanna cry. I feel super ripped off and mislead by all the marketing that promised a beautiful keepsake.

Every time I try to upload photos in bulk (max of 30 at a time), the app has crashed on me or nothing uploaded and there’s a weird glitch. DO YOU KNOW HOW MUCH TIME IT TAKES TO PICK OUT PHOTOS OF YOUR BABY?! I tried multiple times and it keeps crashing and WASTING MY TIME! The whole point of the app/book is to save time, and this defeats the purpose!! well, they already have my money so I have to suffer through. I WISH THEY WOULD FIX IT!!!

When I attempt to upload photos it fails to upload and restarts the app. The app also keeps logging me out.

This app is terrible, can’t stay logged in but can sure remind me 7 times that a sale is ending. So frustrating. Even if I wanted to buy the book on sale I’d have to log in to do it because the app NEVER stays signed in between uses.

The book is so beautiful and, as a busy mom of 2, I can easily find time to keep up with the entries thanks to the prompts. It’s a wonderful keepsake. I wish it had been around for my older child! I also recently had to get in touch with customer service and the response was so prompt (I’m talking within minutes!) and they truly went above and beyond to support! 10/10 recommend! 😄

I downloaded this app a couple weeks after my baby was born and I had put so much into it for a few weeks after! The last month or so I’ve just been having a harder time feeling motivated to add stuff to the app, but I knew I’d get to it eventually. Well today was the that day and it was all gone! Just because I hadn’t opened it for a month, my phone had partially removed the app so I had to redownload (I was still getting notifications from the app so that was a surprise either way) and then it wanted me to create an account again. It said my old account didn’t exist with any email that I have. I’m just so sad and I know my baby is only 3 months now but a lot of those first few weeks are a blur and I had so much entered for that time already😭

The only reason I rate this 4 stars is because the app has some bugs. Sometimes I’ll be stuck on the main screen and have to restart the app or when I’m making a collage the app will show a dark screen and I have to close out and start over. Other than that this is THE BEST baby book I’ve ever seen. So easy and I love how simple it is. Book and pages are amazing quality!
