### ***** "Alexis is an exceptional teacher!"
I have been a student of Alexis for sometime and she is truly the best. She shines and is dynamic. She cares so deeply for her students. She encourages her students with her kindness and you feel like you have known her forever. It is a highly effective unique workout. Alexis inspires you and I always look forward to her workouts. She offers a variety of workouts. She is also incredibly motivational and empowers her students. My form and posture have improved because of her classes. I just went on my first retreat in Greece with Alexis and Julie, and I walked away a better person because of them. They made me feel welcomed and safe. Alexis is truly phenomenal! You will love her workouts- both live and on demand.

### ***** "Silhouette by Alexis is fantastic!!"
I have been using the app since COVID and it has been an absolute life saver. I will never go back to the gym or workout with another instructor. Alexis’s classes are the best part of every day. She constantly changes her routines, her style is so unique, they are challenging but easy to follow, she is so inspirational and fun and to top it all off the music is top notch! Whether it’s her signature barre, dance cardio or Pilates, every class is absolute perfection!!!

### ***** "The best workouts - and I've tried a lot!"
I found Alexis on YouTube and did the three workouts she had posted twice! I love the pace of her workouts, the strength she has you move with and the energy she brings to the mat. I decided to subscribe to her app and WOW - so many workouts! I love the mix of pilates, barre and cardio as a holistic approach to fitness - she has so many creative ways to put them all together!
-- SAB Review, 2024-01-05

### ***** "The absolute best workout"
I’ve taken thousands of group fitness classes and tried dozens of virtual platforms, and Silhouette by Alexis stands out as one of the best.

The Silhouette method is a unique and addictive barre/pilates format that will make you feel longer, stronger, and more mobile. I never enjoyed low impact workouts before trying Alexis’ classes. Now, I can’t get enough of Silhouette because my body and my mind feel incredible after even just 10 minutes of her workouts.

The app comes with hundreds of videos of different durations (ranging from quick to long) and different focuses (eg, total body, upper body, core, etc). I highly recommend giving it a try! You won’t regret it.

### ***** "Never felt stronger"
I was in a rut with my workouts. I didn’t make it to the gym because of my work schedule so I was squeezing in a lot of YouTube workouts at home. Since starting silhouette, I feel stronger and more connected to my workout routine for the first time. It feels like a private class in my own living room. I love that I get the challenge of barre/Pilates but also breath work and stretching. If you’re reading this review, try the app!! It’s worth it.
