How difficult it is give the most basic feature for an app? This is atrociously bad. Your devs said they are prioritizing this feature 4 years back and yet nothing on it? You guys manage billions of dollars worth of assets and yet can’t afford a developer who can set the Face ID?

Continually have issues trying to log in to app with my username and password. It’s not a me issue. I can log into a browser on my computer but the phone app is the pits.

I have never had this much problems with an app before. There’s no face-id option, but that is okay. When I login with typing in my username and password, it just takes me to a loading screen and an error pops up. There has only been 1 or 2 times I have been able to get into the app without any problems. I have had this app for about a year and it does not look like the problems are being addressed. I connect this to other financial apps to get an overall picture of all my accounts, but the number is never updated because it cannot connect. I gave up on using this app. I would not choose to use their services if there was that option, but my employers 401k is through them.
