For You section can’t load

Why the hell would I pay for subscription if I can’t load my customized section?

The ads come up quite frequently.I understand this is a way to get revenue but it comes up too often that it gets annoying.Especially thise 15 second ads where you can skip it.

Annoying app!

I requested to unsubscribe MANY TIMES but fail! I actually only want to read this one specific article then want to unsubscribe but now been 3 months i failed to unsubscribe and need to pay for it even i didn’t use it!… Also keep spamming email annoyingly. I HATE IT VERY MUCH

Horrible paid app. Kept getting logged out

Update: After paying subscription, still need to provide consent for EACH article. What a terrible horrible service. I’m unsubscribing before the next payment. Horrible! I’m a paid subscriber. Got logged out a lot and very difficult to log in again. Articles on the same piece of news are not arranged chronologically making you wonder if you following the development correctly as they appear back and forth. And of course there are news appearing multiple times. And a new low, pop up ads even for paid customers. Seriously?!

Connection issue

I am fairly disappointed on the connection experience of mine in this apps. I ensured I have no issue in loading other webs or apps. Sometime, my subscription will get log out for reason and I have to log in manually to continue reading. Please improve. Thanks

Difficult to access with so many ads

The app has too many Low quality ads. Everytime the ads come on I have to exit the app because there’s no clear way to close the ad. This makes it very frustrating when all I want to do is to read the news! Please find a way to resolve this

Disappearing articles in My Library

Dear developers, please fix the issue of articles saved in My Library disappearing. It’s very frustrating that after I’ve saved articles from Bookmarks into My Library, some of them disappeared and I’m unable to reread it. Regards, A fellow developer too.

App keeps crashing!!

Updated to the latest version but app keeps crashing! Why???? And too many advertisements which is annoying!
