•Saskatoon StarPhoenix ePaper app allows you to subscribe to a 1 month subscription for $12.99/month or purchase a single issue at $1.99/issue. 
•Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase  
•The 1 month subscription  will automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period  
•Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and the cost of renewal is  
•You may manage your subscriptions and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the your Account Settings after purchase  
•No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during active subscription period

We have been subscribers for over 45 years. The SP is getting worse and worse. The reporters now seem to think that anyone who complains deserves a column, without even getting the other side of the story. These one-sided stories are getting out of hand. The slant of almost any article is how the person is wronged, and that someone else is responsible and should fix it. Quite disappointing. There seems to be little research into finding out the facts before publishing these types of stories

Very disappointed in the lack of support from the Star Phoenix. I have been an epaper subscriber for several years and now find it won’t work on my new Iphone 11. After 3 calls for support their only suggestion was to delete and reinstall the app. That didn’t work so they referred me to Apple. They also failed to call me back as promised. I called Apple support and was told that the app developer is responsible to fix the problem. No point having a subscription if it won’t work and they can’t offer support. They want you to enter a nickname for your review. Disappointed, very disappointed, frustrated and no support already taken. What does that tell you? Pathetic
