## The Tapping Solution Reviews in United States

### ***** "Well thought out App"
So Thankful for all the details that went into making this app. Love that I can save my favorites & download the ones I need when offline. I’m slowly seeing changes as I learn to dig deep to feel the feelings during the tapping.
Practically, it’s an amazing experience using this app. Search button is so handy!
The different people guiding are all wonderful. As are having background & music choices. I particularly love the choice of speeds as I am a fast processor & it suits me to go just a bit faster. Great work in content! Would love to see more Louise Hay tappings. And ones addressing Perfectionism.
-- littlelauralee, 2026-08-10

### ***** "Thank you"
Nick and Jessica you guys are amazing and a Blessing. I want you to know that I had the app on my phone for years and never used it , Nick I have you book never got around to reading it. I tapped with you on U tube some years ago, life kind took hold. Recently I started working with Louise Hay again through her books and videos, and my life has taken a big shift and the struggle has been insane, my health has been awful, the fear and anxiety about my future and where I am going to live took hold I found it hard to breathe and frozen, then I remembered a U tube video with Louise H about tapping, I did it and it help then I saw you with her and I remembered your book and app, since your book is in storage I activated your app and it has been a life saver for me , it has been so incredibly helpful and amazing , I can’t begin to tell you how every aspect of my life has been in a panic state, but your app OMG your app has been so beneficial and life changing in such a positive way . I began to breathe and let go and allow myself to trust the process and have faith that everything is working out for me and my fur babies, that I am divinely guided and protected. Nick it was and is divine guidance that brought me to you. Tapping is truly a miracle that is bring miracles into my life, I use different spiritual tool but Tapping really set things to right and I can’t not express how grateful I am , you and Jessica are such a blessing, I wish I could hug you guys , from the bottom of my heart with every fiber of my being THANK YOU, Peace and Blessings to you🤗💕🥰 🙏. ### ****- "5 stars, 4 for if only"
Personally and professionally, as a therapist, this app is 5 stars. The 4 stars is for “if only.” If only the app allowed you to record when you tap without the app, using your voice and thoughts. Manual and app as part of your streak and sessions. That is growth. What a testament to the app and tapping to see how powerful it is without being tethered to an electronic device. Now THAT is rewiring your brain.

-- No Matter What!!!, 2026-07-23

### ***** "It Works"
This is an amazing techniques and better yet backed by research.
-- Cool1p, 2026-07-20

### ****- "Beware the free trial"
Update 14 July 26:
The company did make good on their offer to assist me when I emailed them. That said, I do still feel this needs more of a warning that the free trial is on condition of a year subscription, and if it’s said a reminder will come, then it should come.

I will say EFT Tapping does seem like a decent evidence-based approach.

—
Original 06 July 26:
Like many others, it seems, I didn’t realize the free trial I signed up for was attached to an annual trial.

While yes, I realize that I am ultimately responsible for my failure to properly read, I’m also floored that the “we will email you before your trial ends” never happened.

Just please be aware of the $101 yearly subscription if you sign up for the free trial.
-- Readwritecreate, 2026-07-14

### ***** "Customer service is amazing"
I had issues with my free trial and the App Store, and customer service addressed it quickly and efficiently. Very pleased.
-- IrisLong49+, 2026-07-10

### ***** "I can finally meditate!"
By combining the physical act of tapping with meditation, it finally helps me. Thank you.
-- HistorysJudy, 2026-07-10

### ***** "The Best EFT App"
I have been using this app for several years and I absolutely love it. They have thought of everything possible to include in the tapping sessions. These are very well put together and done with such care. Tapping has been one of the modalities that I absolutely love. It’s easy to do, takes very little time, and every time I do, I get great results. This for me is a mindsaver. It calms me and soothes me, and helps me regulate my nervous system so I can process things with more clarity and release the stuck energy and keep it from building up in my body.
-- Holly Roxanna, 2026-06-30

### ***** "Absolutely love it"
By far my favorite tapping app. The meditations have helped me get my nervous system to calm down post mold exposure enough to fall asleep. Can’t recommend it enough. It’s a life saver!
-- Kim Jimenez, 2026-06-29

### ***** "Holy cow"
I’ve been having trouble sleeping for ages. The first night I tried the app, I slept 6 hours uninterrupted. I won’t B.S. you, not every night (three weeks in) do I sleep the whole night, but I am definitely getting better sleep; and, more than half the nights, I’m not waking up at all.
-- guruscotty, 2026-06-27

### *---- "Crazy expensive"
I like the the app but not at $95/year.
-- OleMike, 2026-06-21

### ****- "Nice but very expensive"
Just tried a sleep tapping meditation which helped a little, but to continue using the app beyond the free trial is very expensive.
-- nosoundpkease, 2026-06-13

### ***** "Love this app"
Meditation anywhere for any issue.
-- Scorpiotcm, 2026-06-11

### *---- "Charged Without Notice"
Very sad to see a $94 charge that I didn't authorize. Most companies send an email giving you a heads up that your trial period is ending soon. If you have a busy life and forgot to put the trial expiration on your calendar thinking you're going to get an email ... watch out because I checked my inbox and didn't get one. Instead, an entire expensive year was charged. I'm working on trying to get a refund. Will update the review if so.
-- MontanaGen, 2026-06-07

### ***** "Powerfully Transformative"
The Tapping Solution is the best meditation resource I have found. I absolutely love it! I use it daily for myself and clients.
-- Joy~ful, 2026-06-06

### ***** "You won’t regret your decision to start tapping."
Wonderfully helpful! Life changing! So incredibly soothing and calming.
-- Je suis Parlene, 2026-06-06

### ***** "Priceless self-help tool"
The Tapping app has been a priceless self-help tool for me, with so many thoughtful scripts to help me move through daily difficulties, process emotions, and return to a more peaceful place—well worth the investment.
