Plz take off that stupid re-rating bc getting back onto a device after one is relaxed is stressful. U have to either punch in a phone passcode or turn on the light for the phone to recognize you if it’s dark and you’ve been trying to sleep. Go to YouTube and find a tapping practice you can remember.
