Careful. You pay extra for puzzles.
After selling me a subscription, they now want to charge extra for puzzles. Unbelievable. They forgot to mention that.
Too many adverts
Too many adverts - for a paid subscription of around £1000 per year I would not expect to see any advertisements in the middle of the reports and articles!

Great content and really easy to navigate.
Won’t load correctly
You have to delete and reinstall many times each week. Say they are working on it but nothing changes. Might only be only on iPad but it currently isn’t worth the subscription.
Best Paper
The TELEGRAPH is so informative on a great range of topics. I was introduced to the paper by my sister, one of the best presents ever. Thank you to all the journalists and the backroom staff. M Young Wigan
Under par performance
The last two weeks have seen troubling times but I’ve noticed your writers are a bit too cautious. At this time of unrest words need to be written carefully but l think it’s been overdone. Another relevant gripe is being unable to comment which to many readers is essential for subscribers.
Online subscription
My husband has always had the Telegraph in the paper format. I only ever read the front page because the paper was too big to hold. Now he is retired he now an online subscription, I wish he had done it years ago, I love it, I do cover to cover most days if I can pinch his iPad!!
