World class reporting
In a world in climate turmoil, left wing extremism we have a very powerful voice in the Telegraph. We need balance of thought, we’ll structured analysis and unbiased reporting, it’s all here in one place. Whilst other papers propose their narrative the Telegraph allows for a multi-tiered view on the real issues in the UK and the world.
Refuses to load
New version will not load. May have to cancel subscription
Downloads quickly, no charging issues
Does exactly what it should do; gives me a soft copy of the Telegraph every day at an agreed subscription price. My subscription is through iTunes and there have never been problems with double charging or denied access. The quality of the journalism is a separate issue entirely from the quality of the app, but I am generally happy with that, for what it is worth!
the worst app i have
since the app was ‘upgraded’ it loads so slowly it is unusable - i have cancelled my subscription it is so bad. guys subscribe to the economist and see how they do it - i never have issues with that or business week or the FT. don’t bother with this app its a disaster for now

After paying and downloading the ap was being asked to pay again per copy read and was changed twice! Thankfully I contacted a help line at the Telegraph to sort this out but it has happened twice since. I have only had the ap two weeks. Not good service. More trouble I am afraid! I could not access the ap for a couple of days. Eventually deleted it and reinstalled it to get it to work! I love the paper on iPad but the application is not very reliable.
Annoying
Every morning, if I open offline (in a taxi) this app says I am not a subscriber and demands more money. Then it goes into a continuous loop and freezes up. I've had to delete, reload and restore several times, so I lose my previous crossword results and cannot use the checker. They installed an update to fix the subs problem and it is even worse.
The ONLY paper to read
The Telegraph is the only paper I trust. It has incredibly high journalistic standards. Just hope it remains in British hands.
Articles
Standard of articles variable, repetitive with typos. Too much ‘populist’ subjects.
Where is dark mode
It is almost 2025. Come on where is dark mode.
