Infuriating!
This app logs me out automatically every time I close it and when I try to log back in the keyboard seldom appears. This only happens on my iPad where I prefer to read. Grrrrrr'!!!!!!!

Subscribed to app. Basic subscription not working. Endless loops with no way out. Unhelpful customer service. Gave up. I don’t think the tech quality matches the journalism.
If i could give this zero stars i would. I downloaded the app to try for a few months but im barely using it so want to cancel. You can’t! I am stuck having to stay up crazy late at night (i live in new zealand) to try to phone the uk to try to cancel (they only let you cancel by phone). How the apple store allows this app to get away with this I don’t know but I intend to complain. Insane!
I came to The Times because it has what I think are the best crosswords but I stayed for the news and other aspects. However I am seriously considering moving elsewhere because of the new draconian censorship policy applied to readers’ comments. Readers I’ve come across are increasingly annoyed and puzzled that innocuous comments are being deleted or “withheld pending approval”. I have the feeling that an algorithm is being used to censor comments and only later do humans come into the equation. The situation has become Kafka-seque. Replies I’ve received from Online Customer Services have been anodyne non-replies. I urge a rethink on censorship policies. Regards, Martin Pooley
As an internationalist NZ I find the app a complete and satisfying replacement for the print version. I use it mainly on the iPad, which version is an excellent balance of size and usability. Times content is relevant and timely and well presented.
As an ex pat Brit in New Zealand I am so grateful for the Times coverage and this app! Best source of world news and opinion. The format is clear and the app good to use.
Great journalism and proof that then paid subscription is worth it
Loving reading decent, thought-provoking and intelligent journalism. Worth it!
Pretty cool and nice app.
At long last I can now get the London Times on my iPhone! Only thing missing the ability to send stories to my Facebook & Twitter accounts.
