Bad update
I just updated. I now can not edit my vehicles. I can not delete or change license plates. I just got 2 personalized plates for 2 cars and sold 1 car. I need to update the plates and remove the sold car. But with the update, I can not.

Do not use!! Scammers
Be aware of these scammers! They charged me 280$ after I sold the car pretending that I didn’t call to deactivate. While I delete the act form my account. They didn’t even send me an information about the charges and just suspended my account. Fo not use this service! There are many other providers in California
$30 to create account then pay fee, fd
Beyond ridiculous that you need to pay a fine by having a $30 account then pay the fee separately on top of $30.. update, after Covid I didn't drive through OC, they close my account, to get remaining funds, they wanted a pin or last four of a credit card, of which I had no idea what credit card or any pin. the reset function on the website had me spinning in a loop, the telephone number for support required a pin or last four. No way to talk to someone, this service is set up just to milk people of extra money
App doesn’t work
Just keeps saying app is down for maintenance or won’t do anything waste of time
Good Memorial Day 2024
Hi all, We r from rocket city Huntsville Alabama visiting LAX, and 6 of our grandchildren. When we landed in Ontario California the rental counter asked if we’re going to use the toll road system. My wife said no she didn’t know about Californiatolls , well SUNDAY as we went to LAX we gained some tolls and now we want to pay them however there’s some problem with the rental company so we won’t be billed until we leave tomorrow after Memorial Day ??? what a mess this is become. I had deposit $30 in to new Toll account. thank you.
Terrible app
Won’t even let me see if I owe any tolls, they demand my debit card information before I can do or see anything.
FasTrack credentials
I have a Bay Area FasTrack account and a transponder. I wanted to have the corresponding app handy on my cell, which is supposed to be the Toll Roads app. But the Toll Roads app does not recognize my FasTrack username or account number. I guess I would have to set up a Toll Roads account to access my FasTrack account. Too cumbersome, no thank you.
Server Down For Maintenance
This app has been down for server maintenance for several months now. Also, with rentals cars, it only lets you put one week at a time. Better off using the website. This app is horrible.
Always shows zero balance
The app was convenient and worked as it was supposed until a few months ago it started to always shows I have a zero balance, even after I knew I’ve used the toll road. Please get this fixed!
Criminal Company
This is one of those things I think everyone hates. Toll roads are a complete joke & these people just take your money for accidentally ending up with no other road to travel on except for their “toll road”. This should be free for everyone or illegal for people to tax. Can’t believe this is embedded in our idiotic economy. Get real jobs and stop taking peoples hard earned money because I already paid my taxes to make the stupid road. Now I’m double paying. This is just sad.
