This app has potential and could be an amazing tool for tracking fitness goals, meal planning etc - when it call works. Every time I open it, I’m met with a blank screen and I have to delete and reinstall the app before every single use. It’s a cumbersome and time consuming process that overshadows the app’s promising features. Hope future updates can fix this issue.
Great app over all but upping the nutrtitiom plan to a man and a woman confuses me with different snacks and whether or not I need to just halve the portion or not. Scaling up also makes the shopping list a little more complex.. two listings of tomatoes and onions, for example. Made my brain hurt 🫠
Keeps going blank. The only fix is to delete the app and reinstall. If I make any change in the app it doesn’t hold. Impossible to use in real time. I have had better luck on the iPad. A shame because the app has lots of potential.
I love doing the Training Camp and have been using the app + the club competitions for some time now. The updated app with the ability to swap recipes, and have it prompt when you go over your daily calorie intake is awesome. And the Danny Green motivational boxing videos never get old.
This has been a great update. The only thing that needs changing is being able to switch between male and female easier instead of changing it at the shopping page.
Absolutely loving the new 12RND Training App and all of the improvements made since the last release. Easy reference to nutrition, recipes, shopping lists and a great record of the journal and benchmark challenges. Keep up the great work 12RND, I’m hooked.
Love the 12RND training and this APP is next level for people joining the 12RND challenges . Recipes are interchangeable and count your calories. Vegetarian and Vegan options included. Progress charts and much much more. Join a Club, Join a Challenge get the APP for free !
