Siri talks you through the workouts. Siri will tell you what exercise to do and for how long.

Create your own workouts. You can create new workouts using exercises that you created.

Create your own exercises. You can create new exercises and add them to your workouts.

Create your own training programs. You can create new training programs by adding daily workout routines to the calendar.

Use the calendar to schedule and track you workouts and training programs.
