Offer is not real

JORGEALFAROLARA on

I subscribed to the WSJ with a special price for digital access to all news and reports. My first day experience is that the offer is not true. I’ve been trying to read articles and it doesn’t let me. It just shows an ad for a full price enrollment as member. My understanding was that I had done that with my purchase.

Can’t login

rubLra on

Mexico

So I purchased a month subscription and now I can’t login through the app. Once you fill your data and click the login button after agreeing to the subscriber policy the login button just keeps loading indefinitely. Bottom line, I paid and now can’t access my subscription.
