Kia ora, Aotearoa! Welcome to The Warehouse app, the online home of everyday low prices in New Zealand. Pretty much everything Kiwis need in their daily lives – fashion, technology, homewares – is right here, under one roof (or rather, one app). Plus, some cool app-only features that you won’t find in our stores.

For fashionistas, there are tonnes of great style statements for women, men and kids. Homemakers can choose from the latest, chic homeware styles and heaps of great toys for kids (or adults, no judgments here). Before COVID I didn’t much bother with on line, preferred in store inspection but this system makes it SIMPLE, fun even , to buy stuff from my kitchen, lounge and yes, bedroom even. Gets annoying when you can’t just search something and the drop down menu always pops up and you have to pick something or it “can’t find it” and sometimes it’s not even what your looking for.

I go there to find something the app says is in stock but can’t find it. I ask a staff member who says if it’s not “eg” location we don’t have it.
Then I have to go home and order click and collect because the app says it’s in stock.

I tried to shop online today, but the website failed before completion (that’s what she said) and I had to start again, but couldn’t find my original choice - my cart hadbeen emptied. This time I think it worked, time will tell.  BTW, I am only buying a power adapter because a bedside lamp I bought from you has no plug, just a usba adapter, which I have no source for in my bedroom. My first choice would have been better, but my new choice does claim to have a surge protector, so no dying in bed from an electrical fire for me!

When I search general items that warehouse definitely have, it shows no items at all no matter what you put in. Even if you change the filter or search settings nothing is working. 

Hope this can get fixed because I like using this app and this is the first time I’ve ever come across no items available on the app besides the items on special.
