The "new" iPad user interface is crowded with unhelpful information. Half of the screen is taken up with a radar map that I rarely use. 

I would like to revert to the old interface but there doesn't seem to be a way to do this.

If you install the latest update think twice before you choose to move to the new interface.

For many years now, this has been my go to app for weather reporting, but this latest update has made it unusable for me.  It is now forcing me to flip my iPad into landscape, and the information I’m after is now contained in a tiny, confusing sidebar, while a glitchy map takes up 3 quarters of the screen.  I’m going to have to find something new as this redesign is now extremely inconvenient to use and nothing like the fantastic app it used to be.  Very disappointing.
